These Terms of Service govern the media production services provided by Street Business Productions LLC, including video production, photography, editing, and related creative services. By engaging our services, the client agrees that deliverables and timelines depend on project scope, approvals, and production conditions.

2. Project Timelines and Client Responsibilities

Street Business Productions LLC works according to agreed project scopes and delivery milestones. Clients agree to provide timely access to locations, materials, approvals, and feedback. Delays in approvals or required inputs may affect final delivery dates.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay Street Business Productions LLC according to the pricing and payment terms in their project agreement. Fees cover planning, production, and post-production services as specified. Late or missed payments may result in paused work and delayed delivery.

4. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables as described in their service agreement. Street Business Productions LLC retains ownership of pre-production materials, templates, and internal methods unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Street Business Productions LLC. Any work completed prior to cancellation remains billable. Upon account closure and final payment, we provide agreed deliverables and conclude active production services.
